Marc-David is an Operating Partner of the Fund and has served as a Senior Advisor to Catterton since 2005. Previously, Marc-David was the President of Danone Naya Waters North America, where he played a key role in the formation of the joint venture with The Coca-Cola Company as business partner to capture opportunities in the fast growing and highly competitive Bottled Still Water Category in North America. Prior to managing Danone, Marc-David was the Food Division General Manager (Corporate-Paris/Geneva) and a Member of the Corporate Strategic Committee for the Carrefour Group, where he led the $40 billion Carrefour Global Grocery Sourcing and Vendor Negotiation efforts. Prior to his senior corporate responsibilities Marc-David led the retail growth of Carrefour in key countries in Europe and Asia.

Marc-David earned his Master of Business Administration Degree with a Concentration in Financial Management at the University of Paris X. He is a graduate of the University Institute of Technology, France.

Mr. Kokoev is an Operating Partner at Catterton Partners. Mr. Kokoev has a broad range of consulting, operating, and finance experience. Prior to joining Catterton, he served clients across consumer facing industries at McKinsey & Company for 6 years, where he focused on quantitative marketing topics, especially pricing and consumer loyalty. Prior to business school, Mr. Kokoev held a number of operating and consulting positions at middle market companies in Russia and Germany.

Mr. Kokoev earned an M.B.A. with distinction from University of Michigan Business School and a Masters in Economics with high distinction from North Ossetian State University, Russia.

Mr. Rubin is an Operating Partner at Catterton Partners. Mr. Rubin has extensive experience in operational infrastructure, general management, brand management, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Catteron, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Sourcing for Spectrum Brands where he played a key role in leading the company's growth through both mergers and acquisition and the creation of key strategic alliances.

Mr. Rubin earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Marketing from Miami University in Ohio. He was named Deal Maker of the Year by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2003.

Mr. Siwak is an Operating Partner of Catterton Partners. Mr. Siwak has led product supply chain and product development efforts at companies of various stages with a particular focus on international sourcing, patent strategy and mass merchandiser sales. Most recently, he was the co-founder of TRG Accessories.

Mr. Siwak earned a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University. Mr. Siwak was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002.

Mr. Siwak is an Operating Partner of Catterton Partners. Mr. Siwak has provided leadership to numerous companies focusing on management, operations, international business, licensing, and sales strategy. Most recently, he was the co-founder of TRG Accessories.

Mr. Siwak earned a JD from St. Louis University and a BA in Finance from the University of Missouri. Mr. Siwak was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002.

Mark Grabowski is a Principal at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Grabowski was a Senior Associate at American Capital Strategies where he focused on leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Grabowski worked with Alvarez & Marsal on the restructuring of The Warnaco Group, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Grabowski worked at AEA Investors, a middle market focused leveraged buyout fund. Prior to AEA, he was in the Financial Sponsors Group of Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Grabowski is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College with an A.B. degree in Economics. He received an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Aleardi is a Vice President at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Aleardi was in Brand Management at Kraft Foods where she worked on a number of brand assignments as well as new product development within the Snacks & Cereal sector. Prior to Kraft Foods, Ms. Aleardi worked at Parthenon Capital, a private equity firm that provided capital and strategic resources to middle market companies. Prior to Parthenon Capital, she served in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of JP Morgan. Ms. Aleardi began her career at The Beacon Group, a boutique mergers & acquisitions and private equity firm.

Ms. Aleardi graduated cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics. She received an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Callahan is a Vice President at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton Mr. Callahan was a Vice President at Bear Stearns Merchant Banking where he evaluated, executed and monitored investments in consumer, retail, financial services and transportation industries. Prior to Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, Mr. Callahan worked at Olympus Partners, Bain Capital, and Bain & Company consulting.

Mr. Callahan received a BBA in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. He received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he was a Tuck Scholar with High Honors.

Mr. Casgar is a Vice President at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Casgar was a Vice President at Ahold, a leading global retailer, where he led a US business transformation program spanning marketing, merchandising, store operations, and supply chain departments. He also led a global technology organization and built Ahold USA's Solution Center. Prior to Ahold, Mr. Casgar worked at a number of Boston-based consulting firms focusing on global assignments in supply chain, retail, finance, manufacturing and business process optimization.

Mr. Casgar graduated from Cornell University's College of Engineeringwith a degree in Operations Research and received an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Ms. Khan is a Principal at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Khan was a Vice President at Sandler Capital Management where she focused on growth equity, leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to Sandler, Ms. Khan worked at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm where she focused on growth capital and leveraged buyouts in the retail and consumer product sectors. Prior to Apax, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on corporate finance and M&A coverage of retail, media and technology companies based in both New York and Menlo Park.

Ms. Khan is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics. She received an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Chatterjee is a Senior Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to re-joining Catterton, Mr. Chatterjee worked in the impact investing sector with BRAC USA, an affiliate office of BRAC, one of the world's largest development organizations. Previously, Mr. Chatterjee was an Associate at Catterton Partners and also worked in the Consumer Products & Retail Group at UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Chatterjee graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He received an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Pramanik is a Senior Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Pramanik was Director of Strategic Development at Alterna, a prestige branded haircare company. Prior to his role at Alterna, Mr. Pramanik worked at TSG Consumer Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth equity investments and leveraged buyouts of consumer product companies. Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Pramanik worked in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs, where he started his career in the Investment Banking Division's Consumer Products and Retail group.

Mr. Pramanik graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSBA in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.

Ms. Vadasdi is a Senior Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Vadasdi worked at Chilton Investment Company, a global multi-strategy hedge fund, where she focused on equity investment opportunities in the consumer sector. Prior to Chilton, Ms. Vadasdi worked at Brentwood Associates, a middle-market private equity firm, where she focused on growth equity and leveraged buyouts of consumer companies. Prior to Brentwood, Ms. Vadasdi worked in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Vadasdi graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics. She received an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ms. Nuñez is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, she was an investment banking analyst in the Consumer Products & Retail Group at UBS, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing activities. Ms. Nuñez graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with high distinction from the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy, where she received a B.A. in Public Policy Studies.

Mr. Perelman is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, he was an investment banking analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Citigroup, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing activities. Mr. Perelman graduated from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and received a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Phillips is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, he was an investment banking Analyst and Associate at Sagent Advisors and an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Mr. Phillips graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a B.A. with distinction in Economics and a second major in Mathematics.

Ms. Runion is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, she was an investment banking analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Morgan Stanley where she focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing activities. Ms. Runion graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Schopfer is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, he was an investment banking analyst in the Consumer & Retail Group at Citigroup, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing activities. Mr. Schopfer graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and received a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Zengilowski is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, he was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group where he focused on executing high yield and leveraged loan transactions. Mr. Zengilowski graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University having received a B.S. in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce.

Ms. Biggar is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, she was an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co., where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. Prior to Greenhill, Ms. Biggar was a senior analyst at the international financial and economic consulting firm, Stern Stewart. Ms. Biggar graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Mesick is an Associate at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, she was an investment banking analyst and associate at Sonenshine Partners and an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. Ms. Mesick graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Walters is a Business Analyst at Catterton Partners covering the growth and buyout funds. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. Walters worked in various entrepreneurial roles and as a summer analyst at Banc of America Securities. At Bank of America he split his time between a high-yield credit trading desk and the global industries group in the Investment Bank.

Mr. Walters graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Anthropology. He received an M.S. in Finance from Fairfield University where he was a valedictorian candidate and graduate assistant in the Finance department.

Mr. McPherson is the Chief Legal Officer of Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Mr. McPherson was a partner in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins with a practice focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. He has extensive experience representing issuers, private equity funds and underwriters in both public and private financing transactions, representing public and private companies in both acquisitions and the sales of their businesses and advising both sponsors and investors in the US and internationally in the organization, negotiation and operation of investment funds, including buyout, venture capital, real estate, emerging markets and other funds. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. McPherson was an associate in the business practice and private equity group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault. Mr. McPherson was a clerk to Justice Francis P. O'Connor of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 1993 to 1994.

Mr. McPherson earned a B.S. magna cum laude in management from the University of Massachusetts, and received his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston University.

Mr. Scerbo is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Catterton Partners. He has extensive experience in private equity, corporate finance and operations. Prior to joining Catterton in 2000, he spent a decade in various roles at small and midsized privately held and publicly traded companies, primarily in the consumer industry, with a strong focus on investor relations, administration, acquisitions and related integration, technology and all areas of finance, accounting and tax. Mr. Scerbo began his career in public accounting. He serves on the board of the New York chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.

Mr. Scerbo received his BBA in accounting from Pace University.

Mr. Albano is a Senior Financial Analyst at Catterton Partners. He has responsibility for the finance, accounting, tax, and cash management activities of Catterton's various funds. Mr. Albano graduated from Manhattanville College with a BA in Finance.

Ms. Bartlett is the Assistant Director of Finance of Catterton Partners. She has responsibility for the finance, tax, and cash management activities of Catterton's various funds. Ms. Bartlett received her B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Ms. DelPrete is a Senior Fund Accountant at Catterton Partners. She has responsibility for the finance, accounting, tax, and cash management activities of Catterton's various funds. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. DelPrete worked as a Senior Accountant at Maxum Petroleum. Previous to that she was an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. DelPrete graduated from Iona College with a B.A. in Accounting.

Mr. Simmons is the Director of Finance of Catterton Partners. He has responsibility for finance, tax, and cash management activities of Catterton's various funds. Mr. Simmons graduated cum laude from Pace University having received his B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Economics.

Ms. Robinson is the Controller of Management Company. She joined Catterton in 1990 upon the formation of Fund I. Ms. Robinson is responsible for accounting, tax, and other administrative functions of the Management Company. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Robinson worked in public accounting as a Tax Senior. Ms. Robinson received her B.S.B.A. in accounting from West Virginia University.

Ms. Mitchell is the Assistant Director of Compliance of Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, Ms. Mitchell was a paralegal in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins, working with a practice group focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Mitchell was a clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell's corporate litigation department.

Ms. Mitchell graduated with honors from Columbia College with an A.B. in English and American Studies in 2005, and received her J.D. from St.John's University School of Law in 2011.

Ms. Ramirez is the Controller of Investment Funds of Catterton Partners. She is responsible for financial and tax reporting and investment activities of Catterton's various funds. She has gained extensive experience in accounting and tax functions for investment funds through her previous positions as Controller at Plainfield Asset Management LLC, a mulit-strategy hedge fund, and Controller at Forstmann Little & Co. Ms. Ramirez began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where her clients consisted of private equity funds, hedge funds and insurance companies.

Ms. Ramirez received her B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. She is a NYS Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Lele is the Assistant Controller at Catterton Partners. Prior to joining Catterton, she spent four years at KPMG LLP in the Assurance Practice focusing on the audits of companies within the information, communication, and entertainment arenas. Ms. Lele received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Wellesley College and an M.S. in Accounting from Pace University.

Senator Bradley is a Senior Advisor to Catterton Partners. He is also a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC. Additionally, he is the Chief Outside Advisor to McKinsey & Company’s non-profit practice. From 1997 – 1999, he was a Senior Advisor and Vice Chairman of the International Council of JP Morgan & Co., Inc. During that time, he also served as an essayist for CBS evening news, a visiting professor at Stanford University, Notre Dame University and the University of Maryland. Senator Bradley served in the U.S. Senate from 1979 – 1997 representing the state of New Jersey. In 2000, he was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. Prior to serving in the Senate, he was an Olympic gold medalist in 1964 and a professional basketball player with the New York Knicks from 1967 – 1977 during which time they won 2 NBA championships. Senator Bradley holds a BA degree in American History from Princeton University and an MA degree from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar. He has authored five books on American politics, culture and economy.

Mr. Chu is a Senior Advisor to Catterton Partners. He is also the President and CEO of DC Design International, an investment and operating company he founded in 2004 to house a luxury men's collection under his name, an upscale sportswear collection under the LINCS brand name, and various other related businesses in the apparel and fashion industry. Mr. Chu is also the executive creative director of Tumi International, the luxury travel, business and lifestyle accessories business.

Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Chu was CEO and founder of Nautica International, Inc., growing sales to over $1 billion when it was acquired by VF Corporation in 2004. Nautica is one of the leading men’s sportswear brands selling to department and specialty stores throughout the United States.

Mr. Chu is a graduate of FIT and was named a STAR alumni in 1996. He is a board member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, a former trustee of The Asia Society, and a current trustee of The China Institute and The Committee of 100. He and his family live in New York City.

Mr. Low is a Senior Advisor to Catterton Partners. He was a Senior Advisor of Credit Suisse First Boston, formerly Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, where Mr. Low led the corporate finance group as a Managing Director for over 15 years. He was a significant presence and contributor in the development of DLJ from a boutique investment bank into one of Wall Street’s largest and most prestigious firms, prior to its merger with CSFB. Preceding his position at Credit Suisse, Mr. Low was a founding Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Group. Mr. Low is a graduate of Williams College. He serves on the Board of Directors of Costar Group (NASDAQ) and other private corporations, as well as Audubon Connecticut’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Lynch is a Senior Advisor to Catterton Partners. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Partners, a New York-based venture firm recognized for generating superior returns through investments in companies organized and sponsored by Capstone. Prior to founding Capstone Partners, Mr. Lynch was a Senior Partner of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he headed a nationally prominent corporate transaction practice. Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Holy Cross College and Harvard Law School. He serves as a director of a number of public and private companies.

Mr. Sirinyan is a Senior Advisor to Catterton Partners. He has a broad range of global expertise in private equity, corporate finance and marketing. Prior to his current role Mr. Sirinyan was a Vice President at Catterton Partners, where he focused on evaluating potential investments, performing due diligence, negotiating and structuring transactions, monitoring portfolio companies as well as fundraising and investor relations. Prior to joining Catterton he was an Associate in the Private Equity Finance Group at Deutsche Bank, having been based in New York, London and Geneva. At Deutsche Bank he was responsible for originating fundraising mandates globally, negotiating and structuring transactions, performing due diligence, and raising capital. Mr. Sirinyan started his career at Bankers Trust in New York.

Mr. Sirinyan received a BSFS, with Honors in the Karl F. Landegger International Business Diplomacy Program, from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Vest is a Co-Founder of Catterton Partners and was a Partner of the firm for over 20 years. Prior to forming Catterton in 1990, Mr. Vest was the founder of The Catterton Group, Inc. (“TCGI”), where he performed various investment banking, merchant banking, and investment advisory services. Prior to TCGI, he served as Controller/Treasurer for Mower Lumber Company, Vice President of Finance for Philpott Coal Corporation, Senior Corporate Auditor for Union Carbide Corporation, and Director of Auditing for West Virginia Department of Highways.

Mr. Sakin was most recently a Senior Partner of Catterton and employed by the firm for over 12 years. In 1990, Mr. Sakin co-founded Nantucket Holding Company ("NHC"), a merchant bank specializing in the acquisition and management of troubled companies and the consolidation of fragmented sectors within the consumer products and services industry. While at NHC he led and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of one of its portfolio companies, Gold Coast Beverage Distributors, Inc., the second largest beer and beverage distributor in the United States. Prior to NHC, Mr. Sakin was Senior Vice President at an affiliate of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., and from 1986 to 1991, he was a Vice President of Crimson Capital Corporation, a merchant-banking firm.
